Instrument

Two Class 100 combi-workstations

Technical Data/Features

  • separate fuming cabinets suitable for work with hydrofluoric and perchloric acid
  • clean bench
  • all located in ~Class 1000 laminar flow clean lab
  • metal free

A metal-free Clean Lab environment is the imperative pre-requisite for sample preparation under particle free atmosphere when ultra-low concentrations in the sub ppb-range have to be determined in sample material. Our Clean Workstations are essentially metal-free with typical particle counts <10 cpcf.

Application

Sample preparation under particle-free atmosphere for ultra-trace element analysis.
