Instrument

Two Bronkhorst Controlled Evaporator Mixer-Liquid Delivery (CEM-LDS) Systems with Vapour Control. Each consists of a Mass Flow Controller for the buffer gas, a mass flow meter for the liquid, a 3-way mixing valve/evaporator and all control electronics.

Technical Data

0 – 1000 sccm air or 1 – 4000 sccm air flow, 0 – 25 mg/min water or 0 – 33 mg/min water flow.

Applications

Preparation of a buffer gas flow (air, argon, etc.) with controlled level of a mixed gas (water or other liquid substances).

Keywords

gas mixture preparation, humidity control
